In the beautiful resort of Paleocastritsa, probably the most picturesque of all Corfu, just 50 meters to the side of the main building of The Hotel Apollon you will find tucked away down a quiet lane the Apollon Annexe. The building is set in a peaceful quiet position, away from the main road and has the pretty fields where the monastery goats often graze directly in front.
