The Gardenos Beach is less famous among most of the visitors coming to Corfu in view of sunbathing. Nevertheless, it is worth discovering by those who enjoy isolated and less crowded sunbathing venues. As compared to other beaches on the island, it is also less endowed in terms of modern facilities, but this shortcoming is evened by the natural assets of the place: deep waters, velvety sand and its being located near a fresh water river.
